Sundays at a Church Without Walls

Central to our faith community is the observance of Sunday worship.

Our service with Holy Eucharist is every Sunday at 1 p.m. in Woodruff Park (91 Peachtree Street, Atlanta).

We have an adapted liturgy. Members of Church of the Common Ground take turns on the worship team, serving as greeters, readers and members of the choir.

Most Sundays visiting congregations share in worship and fellowship with Common Ground. We are always grateful for the prayerful presence, hospitality and friendship they extend to our community.

We welcome visitors, either individuals or groups, to worship with us. To get involved, please see more information here.

Sharing Our Common Ground

“Brothers and Sisters in Christ, I have Good News.
God is here, God is right here with us, and this is Holy Ground.”
— The Common Ground Call to Worship

Second Sunday After Epiphany

For our first Church of the Common Ground virtual worship, Thomas and Frank start us off. We have Prayers of the People. And then Ricky is our special guest, singing “I Can Only Imagine”. Join us, though we are apart.

Fifth Sunday After Epiphany

On the Fifth Sunday after Epiphany, we look toward the season of Lent. Let us prepare a way in our hearts and minds for healing and a return to our Christ-Like nature.
